Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Hairmax® device and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated processing center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
